Below are our Service Policies, which are intended to ensure quality, safety & consistency in our work.
Parking Requirements for Cleaning Services in CBD areas and areas where parking is scarce, parking can be an issue. However, we do require a parking spot near your front door to ensure that the cleaning process is not interrupted. If our cleaners are required to use paid parking, we will confirm with you beforehand and add the fees to your final invoice. If parking is not available, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service.
Our Arrival Window Policy and Punctuality Promise
We allocate a 20-minute arrival window to account for unforeseen incidents such as traffic, parking, and other unexpected events. If our team is running behind schedule and unable to make it to your appointment on time, we will promptly inform you.
At T & A Pro Cleaning Services, we have the right to cancel or refuse services at our discretion. The following reasons may warrant such action:
- Professionals feel threatened, unsafe, or uncomfortable in any way
- Inappropriate circumstances or requests
- Professionals are unable to complete the request within the allotted time frame
- The condition of the property is not as described by the client
- The job requested is not as described by the client
We may opt to complete the service while declining to clean certain rooms or areas due to the circumstances mentioned above.
While T & A Pro Cleaning Services is not required to notify clients of service refusal, we will do our best to inform you whenever feasible.
Our commitment to safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather or other unpredictable circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any jobs or services to ensure the well-being of our team and clients. We understand that such events can be inconvenient, but we are not liable for any resulting outcomes.
Examples of unpredictable circumstances include car accidents, traffic blocks, as well as health and family emergencies.
We appreciate your understanding regarding our service cancellation policy. In addition to the unpredictable circumstances mentioned, we also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Technical difficulties or equipment failure
- Natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes, or earthquakes
- Government-mandated shutdowns or closures
- Other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control
If we need to cancel or reschedule a service, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time for the rescheduled service.

To secure your booking with T & A Pro Cleaning Services a deposit of 20% is required. This deposit can be transferred to;

Once this deposit has been received, your service date is secured. This deposit will come off your final balance. Final balance is
required on commencement of your clean either by cash or OSKO instant bank transfer. A detailed receipt will be emailed to you once
funds have been cleared into our account or on receipt of cash payment.
This quote is an approximation and is not guaranteed. The quote is based on information provided from the client regarding service
requirements. Actual cost may vary depending on the difficulty of the job.
Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified.
This deposit ensures that we reserve the time and resources needed to provide you with the highest quality of cleaning service. We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, however this deposit is only refundable if cancelled 7 days in advance. This deposit is transferable to another date if 3 days notice is provided and we have availability. This payment policy helps us to maintain
our high standards of service and fair pricing for all of our valued clients.
Guidelines for Preparing Your Home for a Cleaning Service To ensure an efficient cleaning service, please guarantee that the cleaning professional has full access to your home during the appointment. This includes running water and electricity. Avoid interruptions from other service providers, and supervise your pets or children to avoid any disruption during the cleaning.
Please note that a fee of $50 may be charged if we are unable to complete our job due to any interruptions. This fee covers our expenses for lost travel time and fuel.
Here are some additional guidelines to help you prepare your home for a cleaning service:
- Declutter and tidy up any loose items before the cleaning professional arrives. This will allow them to focus on cleaning rather than organising.
- Secure any valuables or fragile items that could be accidentally damaged during the cleaning process.
- If you have any specific cleaning products or equipment that you prefer to be used, make sure to communicate this to the cleaning professional in advance.
- If there are any areas of your home that you want the cleaning professional to avoid, such as a home office or a child’s playroom, make sure to communicate this as well.
- Provide clear directions to your home, and make sure that the cleaning professional has a safe and convenient place to park.

Image and Video Recording Policy for Our Services
At the time of booking our services, please note that we reserve the right to capture “before and after” images and videos of our work, and other visuals, for quality control and promotional purposes. Rest assured that your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us, and we will never disclose any personal information or details in any of the images or videos taken.
These visuals are primarily for internal use, allowing us to maintain exceptional service standards and continuously improve our cleaning processes. In rare instances, we may use these images and videos for public advertising, showcasing our outstanding results.
We understand and respect your concerns regarding privacy, and we value your preferences. To guarantee the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any services if they feel unsafe due to unsecured pets. It is essential that all pets are secured during cleaning. Our team members are instructed not to enter a property if they perceive any potential threat from the pet. Please note that pets may behave differently without the presence of a family member.
We strongly recommend taking adequate precautions to ensure that your pets are secure before the cleaning service is scheduled. Failure to do so may result in a $50 fee if the cleaners are unable to enter the property due to unsecured pets.

Re-service Policy: We strive to deliver the best cleaning results, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our service, please inform us within 24 hours of the service date. We will gladly schedule a follow-up visit to address any specific concerns at no additional cost.
Refund Policy: If, after the re-service, you are still not content with the cleaning results, we offer a full refund of the original service cost. We will process this refund promptly and work to address any concerns you may have.
Exclusions: While we are committed to your satisfaction, our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover the following situations:
- Unreasonable or malicious claims: We reserve the right to deny re-service or refund requests if it is evident that the claim is made in bad faith or with the intention of obtaining a free service. Our team maintains the right to assess and determine the validity of any claims.
- Postponement of maintenance cleaning: Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to address specific concerns related to the cleanliness of your space after our service. It does not cover areas that may require additional attention due to neglect or lack of regular maintenance.
- Interference with our cleaning process: If our cleaning professionals encounter interference or obstruction during the cleaning service that hinders them from delivering the expected results, the Satisfaction Guarantee may not apply.
